Title: Increase the overallmessagingconnector performance with zerotoolscost
Abstract:
1.Understand CUSTOMER Pain:Testing bulk of outbound and inbound messages flowing between the application. Messages contain the large payload / data, huge files stored in the envelope, so it’s very important that the message should be send/receive within the time limit and proper action to be taken in-case of any failure.“As a business user, I am aware that my system will not undergo any change in recent time but it should be highlighted that the world around me is changing which can impact the system”.“As a customer, I don’t know the messaging partner able to send and receive inbound and outbound messages within the specific time limit when thousands of users duringthe transaction andtools are available to make the work more productive.”“As a business user, I don’t have time to perform the performancetest during UAT; but it is easily integrated with the development cycle”
“As a customer, I would like to know about the evolution in testing and a simple method to consume the service”.All the products and applicationsshould be available all the time and qualify the below criteria:
2.Performance Test <-> Performance Monitoring and value to CUSTOMER: World is moving to digitalization and business are only sustainable on Speed, Scalability, Stability and checks. Our zero-cost solution ensure that the messaging applications are verified and examined thoroughly to ensure performance, scalability, and canmanage a carrying load and stress.•Measuring key performance parameters of the application with specific load.•Deviation against previous results and acceptance criteria•Identification of bottlenecks
3.SolutionThis can be achieved with JMETER and VisualVM. Combination of JMETERand VisualVM help to perform the End-to-Endperformance testing with no cost (open-sourcetool)Part
1:Configure the IBM Queue Manager with from and to queues. Part
2:Integration of IBMExplorer with JMETERto send thousands of messages parallelly.Part
3:To monitor the load on the server side for CPU utilization and other parameter.Messaging Queue that facilitates transportation of messages between two applications/modules.
