Code of Conduct

CODE OF CONDUCT

Agile Testing Alliance is a place for learning, networking and sharing. Everyone should feel welcome, safe and comfortable to share ideas and engage in open discussion without the threat of intimidation or public humiliation.

Please be respectful whether in person and on social media platforms towards delegates, speakers, organisers, participants and staff for both onsite and online events.

We are committed to providing a harassment-free and inclusive platform for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, political affiliation or religion. We do not tolerate harassment of anyone in any form.

Sexual language and imagery are not appropriate for any events by Agile Testing Alliance. Participants who violate these rules may be expelled from the event (without a refund) at the discretion of the organisers.

Harassment includes but is not limited to: offensive verbal comments, sexual images in public spaces[both onsite and online], deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, harassing photography or recording, sustained disruption of any events, inappropriate physical contact or virtual contact, and unwelcome sexual attention.

Participants asked to stop any harassing behaviour are expected to comply immediately. These policies apply in every event and to all participants in every role.

If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please contact at atasupport@agiletestingalliance.org.

We expect participants to follow the code of conduct for all AgileTestingAlliance events.
