Nalini Kannan

Nalini is our esteemed CafeATAhon (Women Leadership Panel Discussion) Member

Nalini Kannan is currently a Senior Technical Architect with IBM Security Labs. She has been instrumental in multiple product launches at Labs. She has over 2 decades of experience in variety of domains viz Satellite communication, e-commerce, Supply Chain Management, Mobile and lately in Cyber Security. She has mentored several newcomers in the industry including team members for their higher studies. She is an active member of the Diversity & Inclusion initiatives at IBM Labs and her latest interest has been in making the workplace equitable for Neurodiverse workforce. She is a frequent speaker at universities and likes to share her experiences and industry perspectives to students.
In her free time, she reads books, listens to music and is an avid toastmaster.
She is a post graduate in Computer Science & Engineering from IISc, Bangalore and a graduate degree in Physics from University of Madras.’
